Service Description

Cruise the Chicago River, anchor along the magnificent lakefront or do both. Up to 6 passengers. Includes use of Saddle boards and lake lounger raft. A 50% deposit is due upon booking approval. Balance due day of charter. 3% service fee for credit card transactions added to the balance. Venmo, cash or credit card accepted. No checks please. Customary gratuity is much appreciated and not included in price.

Cancellation Policy

Any payments made are refundable prior to 14 days before departing minus 3% processing fee. Within 7 days of charter, refund is forfeited unless canceled due to:  Small craft advisory issued, severe storms occurring at departure time or mechanical breakdown. If any of these conditions are met, we will first attempt to delay departure for up to 1 hour. If conditions do not improve, you will be offered another date or refund of your deposit minus 3% processing fee. Cancellation determination will be decided 1- 3 hours  before scheduled departure. You will only receive a call/text if the cruise is delayed/canceled. We do not cancel due to temperature, cloud cover, or light  rain. After Boarding if for safety reasons the trip must be cut short, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of trip not completed calculated at the time of return back to the dock with exception: The Captain at their own discretion can terminate any cruise due to any passenger’s unlawful, unruly, dangerous behavior
